The room is infected with roaches that were even in the fridge and microwave. The TV never stayed on for longer than thirty minutes before it had to be unplugged and the reset they told me to do stopped working.....I stopped trying to get it to work.....

Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. (3 actually did) There was no remote for the tv. When we asked for one the front desk clerk had to bring it to us, stayed to turn the tv on. Eventually he did leave the remote.

Too many bugs my family member had a very bad bug bite and I had to take her to hospital as soon as it started itching too much though I gave here some ointment for cooling and pain relief

I reported the a/c not cold within an hour aftrr my arrival. Room was very warm...86 degrees inside! After 2 hrs i called and asked for a fsn to help circulation. No go. I called again and told once the sun goes down it would be cooler. I had tooooo much stuff and a pet to relocate. Upon departure i asked to have them reduce my charge. They assured me thry would check with Expedia!

Friendly and accomdating staff, room was clean and cleaning service was efficient and cleaned the room well. Lots of places to dine around the motel. Location is convenient, right off f the macon by pass.
