"LE COMPTOIR" is a wonderful flat that has been refurbished , thought out and optimally furnished: living room with fitted kitchen, dining area, double bed , office area and finally bathroom with beautiful contemporary shower, sink and WC .
It is perfect for your business or tourist stays, or for others personal reasons.
The apartment is equipped with a flat screen TV, WIFI internet, iron, hairdryer, and in common with the other 3 apartments on the same level, washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner.
You will appreciate the ceiling fan in summer!
It is located in the historic and very lively Capucins district of Lyon 1er: a stone's throw away are several theatrical cafes, restaurants, mini markets, shops and artists' workshops. At the top of the slopes is the Croix Rousse plateau with its famous market in particular, and below the Place des Terreaux with the Museum of Fine Arts, the Opera, rue de la République and its many shops going up to Place Bellecour.
The accommodation is unique because:
- it is very well maintained and I make improvements as and when comments from guest,
- I try to be reactive quickly to any technical problems that you may encounter during your stay (but everything works on your arrival),
- my sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels are washed in a 100 ° launderer, no risk of contamination,
- each time a guest leaves, a rigorous cleaning is carried out with disinfectant products and bleach,
