We had a lot of trouble finding the address as it was incorrectly addressed as 1719 not 17-19 so this needs to be improved to prevent others having the sane issue. The room could have done with a fan as it had no air conditioning but a fab would have helped instead.

Dommage qu' il n'y ait eu personne a l accueil et ne répondant sur aucun téléphone car suite à une erreur sur le mail nous n avons pas trouvé les clés.probleme résolu aprÚs 2 heures d attente.attention pas de parking.sinon petite chambre correcte et bonne literie.

J'ai aimĂ© la facilitĂ© d'accĂšs au logement (code pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s) et la position mĂȘme du logement (prĂšs d'un arrĂȘt mĂ©tro/tram, trĂšs pratique). J'aurais voulu du vrai gel douche et non pas un semblant de liquide vaisselle

Chambre propre et proche du Parc de la TĂȘte d'Or. Bien agencĂ© Seulement bĂ©mol l'agent d'entretien qui essaie d'ouvrir la porte d'entrĂ©e Ă  7h30. Attention pas de parking privĂ© comme il l'est indiquĂ© dans l'annonce de rĂ©servation. Il faut garer votre vĂ©hicule dans la rue.

J'ai passé un trÚs bon séjour!!! C'était tellement reposant, pas de bruits, mon logement était propre. Dans l'ensemble j'ai été satisfaite, j'ai juste un peu galéré avec la porte d'entrée du bùtiment.

Bien place mais chambre sale

Établissement bien placĂ© a Villeurbanne mais la propretĂ© de la chambre laissait largement Ă  dĂ©sirer. Des blattes couraient sur la table et le mĂ©nage Ă  Ă©tĂ© fait le lendemain alors que nos affaires Ă©taient encore dans la chambre. Un verre Ă  Ă©tĂ© rangĂ© avec Ă  l'intĂ©rieur la blatte que nous avions attrapĂ© pour l empĂȘcher de courir dans nos affaires. Dommage dans l ensemble l immeuble Ă©tait calme et bien placĂ© prĂšs des transports en commun.
