4 night stay in Lyon. Hotel is located beside Westfield shopping centre and a short distance from the main train station. The hotel itself was clean, but the carpets in the corridor leading to the rooms could do with replacing as they are heavily marked and looked dirty. The bar was okay, great view across Lyon from the 38th floor room

House keeping was abysmal.Hall carpets were never vacuumed during our 5 day stay.The shower had little shield so the floor was always wet .Dirty cups were never taken from the room.Downstairs check in staff were helpful and pleasant as were breakfast staff.

As communicated on check-in, this was the first time I arrived at a hotel early (12:30 p.m.) and rooms were available but would have had to pay €40 for that…not sure what extra cleaning would have been needed. Waited until 3:00 p.m. and waited in a long line up since many people had to wait, and check-in process was extremely slow (could have been avoided by checking in earlier). There was a pervasive chemical smell in the halls and entry to suite. Suite was surprisingly small for the price but it was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a nice view.

Les installations sont appréciables, mais le personnel de la réception est très bête. C'est généralisé même lors des changements de personnes ou de quart de travail. Aucun sourire, si on pose des questions, les réponses sont évasives en regardant l'écran d'ordinateur. J'ai posé la même questions à trois personnes différentes sans avoir de réponse. Je n'ai pas été capable d'avoir mon reçu lors du check-out, on me dit que je le recevrai pas courriel au cours des prochaines semaines. Impossible de valider les frais sur place. Impossible de voir si le montant de sécurité 50 euro a été enlevé. L'approche clientèle serait à revoir alors que plusieurs établissement se souci de l'expérience de voyage, ce qui n'est pas le cas au Radisson Blu.

Beautiful, medium priced Westfield shopping mall is right beside the hotel. The train station is within walking distance.

Not great, especially considering high price. Two elevator rides are needed to get to the room as lobby is on the 32 floor. Carpet is dirty and should be replaced, room was not very clean. There was no coffee maker in the room although it was included in the description. When I asked turned out that only “premium” rooms have them. Again considering price above 360 usd per night I would expect more. The nice thing was a panoramic view. I would not stay there again.

Accommodation was very nice… I think next time I would’ve preferred to be closer to Vieux Lyon. I will say if you’re looking for exercise, then it would balance it out. Fab view from our rooms on the 35th floor.

The shower is dangerous, there was no mat on the floor and it was do slippery we nearly fell. We used a hand towel on the shower floor. There were 2 partial rolls of bathroom tissue, no facial tissue, and no facecloths/ washcloths.

This is a good property with excellent accomodations. Great view from the room, clean bathroom, good beds. The area where it is located, however, is not great. It is far from the old town and the main touristic attractions, and it looks a bit like taken from the Blade Runner movies (= futuristic dystopia). The area has a whiff of La Defense in Paris, which is not exactly a praise in my view. Parking is free, but access to it from the hotel is inconvenient. Overall, I was fine and slept well, but it would have been a bit unpleasant for a long stay.

Cleaners were very poor.

The cleaners took our dirty clothes bag from the room and threw it away. Also they didnt refil the shower gel for all 5 days. Pretty bad service. 9am in the morning you can hear the cleaners shouting to each other in the coridoor. Not happy and not resolved by the team. The reception staff were ok
