We are 3 miles to LU in a great part of town and close to food and shopping.

Studio 3 is our most affordable tiny barn studio and is located in the front of the barn closest to the road.

Inspired by turn of the century, romantic, New England coastal cottages, the TINY 15x15 studios offer authentic wood paneling for cottage like warmth and charm.

The studios have a great location in a great part of town.

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE IN THE CITY AND NOT IN THE COUNTRY.

The studios offer their own private bathrooms and private entrances leading out to the garden area.

Each studio has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, desk, SMART TV and SUPER HIGH SPEED INTERNET.

Towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided.

The kitchenettes offer a sink, fridge, microwave, k cup coffee maker and coffee.

The studio apartments are part of the original barn located on the property. Guests have their own entrance to come and go as they wish. Guests can explore the five acres of woods, field and creek.

We are available by messaging through the app.

LU is 3 miles away. We are in a great part of town. A 24hr Kroger with a Starbucks is half a mile away. Good Mexican, Italian and smoothie restaurants are within a mile. County Smoak barbecue and Tiny Town Putt Putt Golf are right next door.

You will need a car to get around in Lynchburg.

This is a five acre property with a main house, guest house and three barn studio apartments.
We only rent to clean, quiet and respectful guests.

Our studio apartments ARE TINY. At 15x15 they are smaller than an average hotel room. What they lack in space they make up in efficiency and charm.

Studio 3 is in the front of the barn and has potential for road noise and is priced lower for this reason.

BY RENTING YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE FOLLOWING:

1. WE ARE LOCATED IN THE CITY AND NOT IN THE COUNTRY.

2. We are located on a main road with a mixture of homes and businesses.

3. Studio 3 is in the front of the barn and closest to the road. It is priced lower than our other studios because of this. 99% of guests are surprised at how quiet the barn is.
