We had a very nice stay here, but we were surprised by how small and outdated the room was. It was an easy walk to anywhere we wanted to go, so the location was perfect. For myself, the bed was very uncomfortable. I personally prefer a softer mattress, but if you like a hard mattress, you'll be good to go. We'd stay here again for for the location, but as far as the accommodations, we'll may check out a few others in the area.

Friendly staff, beautiful view, lovely semi-private patio. Only drawbacks were that we could not figure out how to turn on the heat, and the walls are quite thin and our neighbor was watching TV . However, we consider this a great value for the price and location. We don’t need all the extras/ just a clean place to stay that seems to want us here. We would stay here again.

Perfect location right on Lake Michigan and the mouth of the Pere Marquette River. Every morning and evening the SS Badger car ferry leaves to Manitowoc, WI. Staff are always available, attendant, and friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, with a nice patio outside my room with two Adarondeck chairs. Coffee every morning in the lobby. Hot tub was just like it spells! Walking distance to all of downtown and throughout neighborhoods! Did I say it was great 👍

Everything about my stay was great! I gave a lower score on amenities ONLY because my trip fell right before the beginning of the tourist season - It was definitely too cold to use the outdoor pool/hot tub, and the ice machines were not working yet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I travel to this area every other week for work, and I booked this hotel through the end of August because I loved the location so much. The view from my balcony was absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend!
