Location, location. This is a very old motel that is one block from the beach and one block for town in the other direction. We were in room 26 and both beds were very, very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels. The only thing I would change would be the old carpeting. They felt damp to your feet but they weren’t. Tile or faux wood floors would make this place a perfect 10.

We liked this spot due to its location, the kid who handled the check in was very nice, the bed was comfortable and it was overall very quiet. The room was very dated, the toilet was a slow flush and the bathroom sink was slow draining.

The owners of this property are absolutely amazing and understanding. I worked a 24hr shift and drove 4 hrs to Ludington to watch my son play in a basketball tournament. They were very helpful in getting me a room early so i could catch some sleep before game #2 and even though the rooms arent fancy sleep, shower and staff were exactly what we needed. And only a few blocks to walk to beach. Highly recommend

The office person was very unfriendly. But the room had everything we needed. Nothing fancy but clean. The cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful. There was no coffee in the lobby or breakfast to go as advertised.

Are you sure you want to be in the hospitality business? Consider using a steam cleaner, power washer bleach carpet cleaner some elbow grease and a can of paint. Deep cleaning your rooms would be a major improvement. You have a fantastic location & a beautiful fresh water lake. Now you just need a clean motel.

We were very glad it was within walkable distance however when we got there the room was 78. The air conditioner did cool it eventually. The brochure stated conditional breakfast was included yet they did NOT offer it. We were told as of Labor Day it was discontinued. Desk man stated it was my fault for incorrect info because I booked it thru Hotels.com but I CALLED the motel personally before I booked it thru hotels.com and was told breakfast was included. I deserve better than that! There were also spider webs and flies on the floor and ceiling. Welcome to Ludington.
