Sant'Agostino Luxury Apartment with Terrace

The Sant'Agostino Apartment is located inside a 15th century Epèova palace. The property will give you a taste of the great Italian life and will be fantastic for experiencing Lucca and Tuscany. This will become your peaceful Tuscan retreat in a vibrant, modern Italian city. Walking distance to highly rated restaurants, bars, shopping districts, and of course, ice cream. The space consists of an open living area that leads to a charming hidden terrace. The apartment includes three beautiful bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

Space

Our main living space surrounds our 18th century kitchen and leads to our idyllic private terrace (covered in a wisteria). We would like to point out that inside the apartment there is a rather steep wooden staircase to access one of the bedrooms and that children must be supervised when they are on the terrace.



In the apartment you will find three wonderful bedrooms with en suite bathrooms:

1. Piazza: You will be immediately thrust into a sumptuous Italian room. With its exceptional Murano glass ceiling light, wooden column bed and high ceiling covered in frescoes.

2. Garden: our most romantic sumptuous room! Four-seater bed with beautiful blue and white striped walls, Murano ceiling light and views of a secluded convent garden.

3. Theater: Cozy white and yellow room that is a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee or a quiet evening glass of wine to recharge from a long day of shopping or sightseeing.

Access for guests

1. The property is located on the first floor (2 flights of stairs) without a lift.

2. The Theater bedroom is accessible via former service stairs (staircase type) and/or independent access to the normal stairs and balcony.

3. The terrace does not have a safety rope and is not recommended for young hikers/climbers and children under 10 years old.
