Idyllic Setting

The place is spacious on the ground floor however the upstairs rooms could do with some clearing out. This is obviously a family home as each upstairs room was still full of the family's things. This made for a cluttered space with only a small amount of space for unpacking clothes and storing our cases. The external furniture is really due for replacement and more than 2 sun loungers would have made for a more comfortable outside relaxing area for the 7 of us. The view however is absolutely stunning with the castle and Mont Blanc peeping through the range of mountains on a clear day! Sitting relaxing in the garden with a beer or glass of wine made this holiday a relaxing break and if the garden furniture was improved it would be perfect. The owner Christophe is delightful and always contactable if necessary. The newly opened local boulengerie, is superb! Location wise it's also an easy drive to the supermarket and in to Annecy.

Summer in Lovagny

The house is in a beautiful region near Annecy and is an excellent holiday stay for up to 8 people. We loved it and Christophe and his wife are very friendly and helpful and really did their best to help us enjoy our holiday at their home. Fantastic time will come again.

Maison parfaite et bien située

La maison est située pas loin du lac d’Annecy, 10min en voiture. Nous avons aussi visité les gorges du fier (très beau décor) qui se trouve à 15min à pied de la maison! Les propriétaires sont très gentils et arrangeant. Nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tôt que prévu, donc une solution a été trouvé pour nous aider à s’installer plus tôt que prévu 👍 Je recommande fortement!!

Très jolie maison, à 15 minutes du centre d Annecy, avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Grande maison avec tout confort. Une belle parenthèse, un bon depaysement. Hôtes disponibles et à l ecoute.

La maison est spacieuse et confortable. L'aménagement est conforme à l'annonce. Attention aux personnes allergiques : présence d'un chat, éventuellement à nourrir, ce qui attire d'autres chats du voisinage. La mention du chat n'est pas évoquée dans l'annonce, ce qui n'est pas acceptable, d'autant plus que dans cette annonce il est indiqué que la présence d'animaux n'est pas souhaitée. La chaise bébé emballée n'était pas propre ; il a été nécessaire de la nettoyer avant de s'en servir.

Maison comfortable et spatieuse à quelques km d'Annecy

Nous avons loué une semaine pour une famille de cinq : 2 adultes et 3 ados. Maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle avec très joli jardin et superbe vue. Accueil sympathique et chaleureux par les propriétaires. Location basée sur relation de confiance simplifiant au maximum la procédure d’arrivée et de départ. A recommander pour famille jusque 8 personnes.

Nous avons passé 12 jours dans cette belle maison, bien agencée et agréable à vivre...les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le jardin, et la compagnie de Biscotte. Et nous avons profité de la terrasse et du calme. Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous recommandons vivement cette maison pour un séjour en famille.

On ne se lasse pas de la vue

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison était conforme à la description, très agréable à vivre et bien équipée. La terrasse est magnifique et la vue splendide! Cet endroit est un havre de paix... Biscotte était discrète et fort sympathique tout comme les propriétaires de cette belle maison. Très bonne adresse!

Magnifique location, magnifique vue! bien équipée, lumineuse, propre, spacieuse.... vraiment rien à redire, nous avons tous été sous le charme... et cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons eu un superbe temps qui nous a permis de profiter de la grande terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle!! c'est une adresse que nous garderons! Parfaite maison au calme à proximité d'Annecy

Etant une famille avec 2 jeunes enfants, nous cherchions une maison à proximité des activités du lac d'Annecy tout en étant dans un environnement calme et a l'ecart de la foule estivale. Nous l'avons trouvée à Lovagny. Cette maison contemporaine très propre et bien aménagée, avec un jardin très agréable a répondu à notre attente. La compagnie de Biscotte, la maîtresse des lieux, fut fort appréciée des enfants, et les parents ont usé et abusé de la proximité de l'excellente boulangerie du village. Un grand merci donc aux deux propriétaires, charmants et soucieux de notre bien être qui nous ont fourni de bons conseils sur la région par la documentation disponible. En bref, une maison à conseiller sans réserve.
