The room was clean although the blanket did have a few tears in it. The towels were very thin and better towels could be provided. The staff was nice. It was also nice to have secure parking.

This room was amazing. It was clean, the kitchen was perfect for a few days and a family of 4. I wish I would have thought to bring paper towels and some utensils to make it even better but it was so nice to have the space. The room was a corner upstairs room, was quiet and had great air flow from the outside (windows opened). Close to Santa Monica Pier and Downtown LA, however surrounding area immediately outside was a little sketchy at night. I never felt unsafe in the hotel, however. Parking is underground. Oh and the staff is phenomenal! I would recommend this hotel for families, and would absolutely stay here again.
