Staff are nice, room was clean. But the room service and vent were bad. We stayed 4 night this time. After the second day, we came back from outside at night, we felt the room all wet, we turned on the vent and adjust the A/C cooler even though we were out. But all the cloth with the wet smelly, third and fourth day got worse. We needed to clean up all the cloth even the cloth not wear. The third night, there was a fault alarm. The hotel announced all the guests had to be evacuated immediately and walked down from the stairs. We stayed at the top floor and it was after midnight. We all wake up and went down. A lot of guests were down as well. No extra staff at the lobby, we still not sure if that was fault alarm. We waited until the only one lady finished the check-in with the couples new guests. The lady said she had been answering all the phone call for a long time. I appreciated her work, but why they didn’t announce for the whole hotel again it was fault alarm to avoid people coming down at the midnight. At least to send more staffs out for the explanation at lobby. Probably not come back next time.
