Ground floor directly next to Housekeeping utility area and other hotel functions. Door began opening/closing loudly very early around 7am and continued on the rest of the a.m. The mattresses were not very firm and bed linens of poor quality, feeling extremely scratchy in touch. The overall quality of room felt very dated and the automat food machine in lobby was Out Of Order. The TV in the breakfast area was in flux with no satellite connection. And overall quality of breakfast just average. I will not stay here again as it was an unrestful night with sub par conditions overall. Disappointing.
