Very spacious and attractive cottage in La Gouraudière.



You have always wanted to spend a relaxing vacation with all your favorite people and are looking for a comfortable house in nature? Then you have certainly made the right choice here. The comfortable and very well maintained house exudes a great feel-good atmosphere. Beautiful wooden beams, show the character of the house, while the modern furnishings bring a skillful contrast in harmony. Both young and old will feel at home here and can challenge at the foosball table or make themselves comfortable at the large dining table with good food and conversation. Watch your children play in the garden while you sip a glass of wine in the shade of the terrace and make plans for the vacation ahead.



Look forward to your nature vacation and short distances to the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Nature Park. The area is a pleasant drive from the chateaux of the western Loire castles of Angers, Saumur, Chinon and Montreuil-Bellay and is an excellent base for exploring the Loire Valley wine estates as well as the waterways of the Marais Poitevin or Fontevraud Monastery. Also visit the town of Cholet or plan a day of swimming at the region's many bathing lakes.
