This is an older motel so I didn't have high expectations. The room was clean and sparsely decorated. The AC/heater worked, which was important. The plumbing all worked. The shower was great. The owner/manager was very helpful and we had a pleasant conversation. The only possible con was that there was no shampoo, soap or cups in the bathroom. I don't know if that's policy or it was just overlooked. I always have them with me anyway, so it wasn't much of a hardship. Overall, I would stay there again.

The room was very dirty. There was a bad smell upon entering and the door would not close and lock properly. The bedding was marked and locked unclean. I requested another room and was given one. The second room, the bedding was unclean and had bedbugs. I saw no live ones, but that was it! I collected the bedbug on a napkin and took it to the office and said I was leaving. The manager apologized and said they spray a lot. I said I cannot stay, this is too much. I did not get my refund of $15 for my dog. I need hotels.com to refund me for this incident. Do NOT stay at this motel!

AC was Great. Staff was friendly. However, if you are a light sleeper, as myself, u might want to stay elsewhere. This Motel is right next to the train tracks, and the multiple trains kept me from a good night's sleep .
