I didn't like the property because it was too old, like a truck stop motel. The manager said they were better rooms in the back, but since it was booked on line thru Expedia that's the room they picked. First visit to Marshall, Texas but the other hotels looked up to date.

Book here with confidence!

The complete staff of the hotel is very professional and friendly and they take pride in providing a great service across the board. Your only discomfort really comes from other customers upstairs or next door or downstairs. You can literally hear everything in each direction which may affect your sleep at times. No one can open a door without those rooms all knowing it but it’s not a deal breaker. I’ve stayed in far worst right down the street! So for the cost and the convenience of all the restaurants I’ll continue booking here!!!!!

In an area that had many dining options, went for Cafe Italia, had the chicken Alfredo and it was wonderful! The guests upstairs were kinda noisy but otherwise it wasquiet.

I'd stay here again without question next trip to town. Building is older and shows it a little. Washer/dryers worked fine. Directv. Had no issues during my 10 day stay.

Ok for $50 but not more than that

Owner would clean this place up , fresh paint etc…. Would be a good place to stay, everything was half done including the parking lot. Not sure if they just unloaded some left over asphalt and dumped it then tried to spread it out.

They have a bar and dining, so that’s good. It was pretty quiet with exception of highway noise- braking trucks. I think they should invest in either bleach or hot water for their towels. Room didn’t smell bad and it wasn’t like it was dirty- just felt grimy. The chair had a stain, towels were stained, bedspread stained…

Pretty decent

Clean, comfortable, I would have stuck the mattress in the car and run off with it if I could! Special mention to the lady receptionist who was simply one of the nicest I've dealt with. Thanks hon :)

Very Unhappy Customer

Very unhappy with our stay here. This was just supposed to be a night stop on the way for our family vacation and I went cheap, so wasn't expecting too much... however it was very below even the low expectations. Wires exposed in the room, dirt fragments (I hope) on one of the beds under the sheet, one of the towels was scrunched on the floor before we even used the restroom. Overall just an atmosphere of uncleanliness. The place was in such poor condition my family choose to just leave late in the night rather than sleep in the beds there.
