Host was responsive, but initially wifi did not work. Previous dog poop left underneath snow, and general other food items were left in the couch cushions. We never ate pretzels but there were constantly pretzels falling from the couch. Sheets also did not appear to have been changed, as various other hair colors were present on the sheets. This was the perfect anniversary weekend getaway! We enjoyed sunrise in the hot tub so much, we decided to do sunset in the hot tub as well! It was very relaxing after a day of hiking and kayaking! Cuddling by the fireplace was the perfect end to a wonderful day!

Great place

The house was amazing with so much to do! We fished, kayaked, and floated on rafts in the beautiful lake. Enjoyed lounging in the hot tub and playing pool. The house has everything you need for a great and relaxing vacation! We would recommend this house.

We had a great time on our family vacation staying at this beautiful home. It had everything that we needed with lots of privacy. We enjoyed fishing off the pier and caught fish every day. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit and the deck. The deck was especially nice since it had gates that closed on both sides so we could keep our dog outside with us with no problems. We took kayaks out on the lake every day. This house was close to good restaurants, shopping, and fabulous ice cream. We definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants to enjoy a wonderful stay in the Pocono Mountains.

Relaxing Retreat

The home and grounds were beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the lake and the house. The art work and the books in the house were amazing. We enjoyed learning about the artists. The only disappointing factor was lack of attention to details such as no hand soap in the bathrooms and food wrappers in the couch cushions etc. We were unable to reach the management company on Saturday which was also disappointing. A large cabinet fell off the wall causing a minor injury but management company was on top of that. Overall. this is a wonderful property and I would recommend it.

Great relaxing place on the lake

We had a great family trip and enjoyed our time at the house. Perfect location, right on the lake with lots to do. Our dog loved the garden. House come with everything you need for relaxing stay and feels very cozy. Communication with management is very easy and quick. We would love to stay here again.

ladies trip

spotlessly clean. the kitchen is fabulous and well stocked. cozy living room with fireplace. plenty of linens and towels. comfortable beds. even the pullout couch was comfortable. the yard is big and private, with different areas to enjoy. big fire pit with plenty of nice, quality outdoor furniture. hot tub. nice deck with comfy furniture. very nice rental property. no complaints.

Great house on the lake

This was a great house right on the lake. It had a beautiful yard with a fire pit and hot tub. The deck was great and the screen porch was nice also. Plenty of room inside with a beautiful remodeled kitchen.

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Three particular highlights: 1) The hot tub (especially in the snow!) 2) The wall-to-ceiling windows in the living room 3) The complimentary pancake mix and maple syrup from the cleaners. We’d love to come back again!

VRBO does not communicate with property manager.

The house is very nice and in a great location. Only gripe is the porch light does not work and trash collection site is closed on Friday (the day we left). VRBO lists the property as dog friendly. After leaving, the property manager charged me a pet fee after reaching out to inquire about my dog. They stated that VRBO did not communicate that I would be bringing a dog with me. Other than that great spot for a getaway.

Great Birthday weekend getaway!

My husband and I celebrated our daughter’s 8th birthday here this weekend with one of our friends. It was the perfect weekend getaway. The house is perfect and plenty of room for us and our doggo. We spent most of our time in the hot tub over looking the pond. It rained all day Saturday so we did not get the chance to enjoy the outdoor fire pit. It’s a great setup overlooking the pond. Great kitchen! We cooked all of our meals there and used the grill too. We would definitely stay again and would like to experience it in the summertime and enjoy all of the outdoor activities.

Great place! Wonderful getaway!

We had a wonderful time. Everything was just as advertised. The communication with the owner/management company was excellent. They were helpful and very quick to respond. The only feedback is that there is a large opening on the banister at the top of the stairs where our 18 month old could easily walk through and fall from the second floor to the first. We were very scared not to let her be alone on the landing. Aside from that, it was perfect and highly recommend.

Ski get away

We loved this house!! The location was perfect. Only 15 minutes to Camelback mountain. Everything about the house was great. It was clean, comfortable and plenty of room for my family of 6. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Excellent for A Family Gathering!

Rained more than expected so being in the house was a good thing because it's a great property. As a foodie, the kitchen was well supplied with kitchen equipment. Almost time to get some new pans though. Plenty of space especially the marble island! Our only slight gripe was the cleanliness of the oven, stainless steel exhaust fan and the globes for the kitchen island lights. Most would not even have noticed. I only mention to help hopefully improve the stay for future guests. The lake, the firepit, the grill, the hot tub, the fireplace, the pool table, the dart board, the board games...all A++. Made for an awesome stay.

Property is nice, but…

Overall the property was nice. However, there are 4 outdoor cameras that watch your coming and going. You can view your videos on the security portal, but cannot erase. Someone else may view them as well. I feel it’s invasion of privacy. Staying in November was a challenge in the early evening as the property does not have any lights near the entrance doors or stairs. We had to use flashlights in order to navigate the path and stairs. I found this to be hazardous for us. Lastly, I believe they use a water softener and my wife I both experienced burning of our eyes after a shower.

Everything and more!

Loved the beautiful, well-maintained lakefront house! The amazing kitchen, with a large island, was so well-stocked with everything one could.possibly need for a great stay! It's a cook's dream! It was a home away from home! We loved the comfortable living room and the den! The fire pit by the water, the sun room, the expansive deck with inviting furniture were greatly enjoyed by all of us! It was so relaxing! Can u tell we really loved this property?

Fantastic stay!

Beautiful scenery, the home is situated on a secluded lot, access to the lake with dock and an amazing firepit outside. Wonderful time spent at this property. The home is clean and nice and equiped with all the necesseties. The tv area with billiards downstairs was awesome. Overall very good getaway property. Highly recommend.
