The house was great! We had 4 kids under 7 and used every inch of space; the finished basement was extremely helpful! My issue is with what was NOT disclosed on the listing. 1) GARBAGE! You have to drive it to facility 2 miles away, which is not open every day and the hours listed in the binder are different from the schedule. This means smelly, stinky garbage inside the house until you can get it to the dump. 2) AMENITIES! The listing does not say you have to pay for a pass to use the pools. For a family of 4 for 7 days, that's 200. And each pool is not open every single day. They list a bar/restaurant - I never saw that open. 3) PARKING! The listing states "ample parking for 4 cars" - not so. That's 4 cars parked single file in the driveway and you're not allowed to park on the road. You can park across the street if you call a certain # which was not open Saturday or Sunday. We inadvertently left 1 vehicle in the lot Sunday night and yes- ok - we expect a ticket or fine - but they put a 5x7 STICKER on the window that DOES NOT PEEL OFF. There's just no need for that, and clearly someone else had the same problem as there was a bottle of Goo Be Gone under the sink. Overall the house itself was fantastic but we were hampered by the numerous rules and conveniences that were not described in the listing- hence the 3 stars.
