The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean however very dated. I also found it strange the hotel still had all the Covid screens on reception, bar and restaurant. The location was excellent if you’re visiting Wembley stadium and although very dated the rooms were clean and spacious but do desperately need an update. The hotel grounds are messy and run down also. I would stay again for the odd night if I was visiting Wembley stadium however it would be price dependant

Ok, so we were staying as a family for Oasis. The location is amazing and 10 min max walk to stadium and tube. The hotel is cery very dated. The ironing board fell off the wall when we shut the door. We got stuck in a lift for over 20 minutes and the emergency alarm wasn't working in it, extremely stressful and missed supporting act due to this. At 1:30am the fire alarm went off and woke us up then it just went off again. All in all, it was just a bed for the night but really wasn't brilliant.

Bed was not comfortable,no extra pillows. Floor on right side of bed,hole in the floor boards. Large amount of ants everywhere,ants nest in the cracked walling. Window opened up fully,so anyone can get out on the roof on the 9th floor of the hotel. No pat testing

Is a bit dated. Stayed on the 9th floor was told could only use one elevator to get up there. Between selected times (not known to guest) the elevator is used to take the hotels laundry down which does occupy a bit of time if you need to get going. The internet service isnt that great so ordering room service the card machine cant work so still will need to head downstairs to pay (room was fully paid already and no card was added to the system). But stayed at the hotel for the closeness to the arena which is only 5mins (if that)!

The hotel was very basic, the iron did not work, the TV did not work, the wifi internet connection also did not work, aircon pipe had a noticeable gap,there was no aircon in the lobby or surrounding areas, you could hear the water tank after using the toilet flush as the water was refilling and there was no fridge in the room. The bathroom was not the cleanest. The bed was uncomfortable, overall it was not a pleasant stay and not worth it

Wouldn’t stay again!

Location of the hotel and the free parking are the only good things. The room was dreadful, smelt awful, damp and like drains. The carpets were absolutely soaking wet adding to the smell- we had to lay things down on the floor & keep shoes on! WHY? Something resembling damp coming through ceiling with blistering paint. Room was baking hot, the ‘AC’ if that what you can call it, looks like an original first edition unit from many years ago, and sounds exactly like you’d expect for that age too. Room was dirty, stains everywhere etc. bathroom was grim, with added broken floor tiles that move when you walk. No fridge in room either. They also entered my room and cleaned it for the next person, before I’d even checked out and removed everything from the room!! I’d only nipped for breakfast! I love a good budget hotel- who doesn’t- you know what you’re getting- but the very least you expect is cleanliness!

Overall okay hotel if you don’t need internet.

Wi-Fi is horrible. Will be better if they don’t offer internet. Front desk staff was helpful during the night shift to solve the issue. Air conditioning system is outdated. One of our room was making more noise then cooling. Cleaning lady was excellent..

In need of a bit of love

Very run down but does the trick for a cheap base for visiting London. Quite a bit of work needed to update rooms but they were clean
