Great place. Wrong room. Disappointed
I’ve stayed here before. And selected to have the same room as I did last time. This was an important and only reason to stay here. I paid upfront. I did not get the same room. When I went to speak to front desk. She really didn’t know how to help. I showed her all my itinerary. She did move us to the “executive suite” that I was supposed to have. After 3 hours of this. We get to the other room. Still not the same room. Bigger. But the jacuzzi tub was a big down grade. We already wasted so much time and it was now to late to do any of the things we had planned for this 2 days trip we decided to go do what we could and speak with someone tomorrow before check out at 11am. In hopes it could be made right somehow. After finally talking with 2 other people I find out that we are not in even in the executive room that we was transferred to. But was also told that I would need to specify that to the hotel personally next time. That apparently the third party app I booked through and use often was to blame. Even though I selected the room to book again from a prior trip. 2 years previous. It took me this long to get back die to my health and unfortunately I don’t know if I’ll ever get their again. Very disappointed. This place is very well keeps and pleasant staff. But unfortunately the only reason we went even to this area was specifically for the room I had before.
