The rooms were themed and nostalgic. Comfy bed and modern shower. Shame one of the the cups was chipped. Staff were welcoming and accomodating. We requested to stay an extra night but the cost was extortionate just for a room for the night which was disappointing as we'd already stayed 2 nights.

Unfortunately the housekeeping decided to enter the room at 10.45am, well before the checkout time. Absolutely no need for it, put a dampener on my stay.

This property was arranged for me by Expedia after original booking had to be cancelled due to hotel was shuttered closed!! Ibis was fine and great location. Very quiet and clean. Area around had plenty of shopping and only a few blocks from water and Cavern Club

Ibis Styles in Liverpool was ok. It seemed expensive. And the toilet didn’t flush consistently. When we told the staff, they checked and said we needed to push the handle to the bottom. That didn’t solve the problem. It flushed inconsistently. The breakfast was nice.
