We found that at 3 then 4 in the morning we were woken up by people knocking on doors for someone to let them in. It felt like we had no door on it felt like the walls and door was paper thin. Other than that it was very good with parking and location.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent. The room was very small though, the bathroom door didn’t fully close and the shower leaked. There was no heating in the bathroom so it was extremely cold in there (particularly the tiled floor). Bed was comfortable though and it was a good base for exploring.

Great value place to stay for exploring Liverpool

Excellent value for money; good clean facilities- everything we needed was available. Friendly service. The pool table and bar were a bonus. Good location close to docks, museums, galleries and the city's many attractions. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants good quality and clean accomodation with limited frills
