Room was spacious and spotless plus lovely view of the lake. Also very quiet. Staff were lovely and attentive. The decor, style and general ambience of the Hotel were first class Parking underneath was great, although chargeable Only downside was check in due to system crashing and long delay in getting checked in

Hotel is convenient. On the sea front whilst being ideally located for the local shops, bars and restaurants. Double room was excellent - good size. Warm and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Delicious and plentiful.

We love this hotel but once again the meal on the first night was truly awful. No apology either. Room wasn’t clean upon checking and took an hour and half to sort. Then, I got accused of smoking in the room. I do not smoke. I stay regularly at this hotel due to my treatment at near by hospital for heart disease. I DO NOT SMOKE, yet I got accused. Awful and I’m afraid our time there is up after going there every fortnight for three nights for the last six months while I had all my hospital treatments. Sickening
