The hotel staff went above and beyond for two American tourists trying to enjoy the best of Portugal. Secured us a cab to take us to some of the more remote places and recommended amazing dining in the area. Definitely recommend staying here if you come to Sintra.

Reception staff was awesome. Francisco greeted us and check us in and was so helpful. Even tried to get us information via his personal phone ahead of time to ensure we could get our car into the city center. If I come back to Central, I am 100% staying at this property again.

Amazing!!

The hotel was beautiful it was very clean, quiet and modernized. They have a delivery service that will bring you dinner. The front desk people were very friendly for both check in and out, they even offered to have a taxi come to the front to pick us up and take us to our desired destination after check out
