Check in was easy, front desk staff was very friendly. They were able to accommodate and early check in which I was very appreciative of. WiFi was fast and the view from my room was great! The only complaint I have was the quality of room service. It was very pricey and the quality of the food was not great. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and it was so small and barely had any ham in it. Overall I would stay at this hotel again. It was clean and charming and the bed was very comfy.

The staff were very nice and breakfast was very yummy. The carpet could be upgraded. My husband got sick so we did not venture far from hotel. Good restaurants and a grocery store right across the street

Really great location! Very easy to walk in any direction for a different adventure. Breakfast was consistent and good having coffee and afternoon cookies available was a very nice touch, though we were rarely around to take advantage.

This property was a fantastic location, close to the tourist areas while still being close to the older neighbourhoods. The free breakfast was amazing and saved us so much money dining in the hotel every morning. The design and decor of the hotel and rooms was lovely as well. Wonderful staff too!

It was great as a total experience the staff friendly and helpful and it was relaxing. My only minor point is the bed in my room kept moving away from the back board and i had to keep pushing it back. Apart from that everything was good.

Great hotel. The only consideration is the location on top of a hill. Most of the area’s shopaaping and dining attractions are 2-3 blocks down so should be a consideration when making a choice. Overall very satisfied.
