Absolutely enjoyed our stay here…very helpful and friendly staff, bedrooms with bunk beds which kept the kids happy, very clean hotel, ample breakfast options, waking distance to various dining options and opposite a train station. Would definitely stay here again! Only downfall was the pool was very cold even though we went in august. There is a sign that says no jumping into the pool yet some older kids decided it was a good idea to do so.

A great little hotel, with an interesting vibe. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Not a tremendous amount going on within the immediate surrounding blocks but not a bad walk to Praça do Comércio and some of Lisbon’s more popular neighborhoods. The room had cool bunk beds that my kids loved. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Lisbon

A stunning hotel, with quirky features and really cool decor. The room was great and plenty spacious for 3 adults. The rooftop bar was a beautiful setting for pre dinner drinks. The bar staff were excellent, super friendly and nice to chat with. Just be aware, the pool is more of a plunge pool and can get super busy, we couldn’t get in most days. But still a very cool spot to enjoy the sunshine. Great location and a short taxi ride into the city or the harbour area. A fantastic stay and an awesome hotel.

We had a fab stay at Jam Lisbon. The staff were amazing especially Pamela at front desk who was so helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for our trip. It was my birthday so I was treated to a complimentary drink at the rooftop pool and bar which was really nice. The hotel was very funky, would definitely recommend.

Overall very cool concept and kids loved the room and their beds. Staff was super friendly. Area around the hotel was safe, but can be a bit noisy at night. Would still highly recommend. The pool and the bar on the rooftop are a great plus.

Very nice hotel and unique looking. Super clean rooms and lobby, the pool area very nice except the pool water wasn’t clean. Would have been practical to have a mini fridge in the room otherwise it was excellent.

The hotel is very simple, but VERY well decorated. We were very comfortable and it was easy to get to the main areas of Lisbon. The bar and pool on the roof were a great hangout space.
