Casa da Barroca: amplio desván de diseñador de ubicación A

Casa da Barroca es un loft en el último piso en un 3er piso (sin ascensor) en el histórico distrito de Bairro Alto, en el corazón del centro de la ciudad de Lisboa. Si bien la mayoría de los apartamentos en el centro de Lisboa son bastante pequeños, este apartamento es de 120m2, con dos suites (dos dormitorios grandes con baño privado cada uno).

El edificio fue renovado recientemente. Eso significa que la infraestructura y el diseño de interiores del apartamento son bastante modernos, mientras se encuentra en una zona tan histórica y animada como Bairro Alto.

El espacio

El loft tiene una superficie total de 120m2, que incluye 75m2 de espacio abierto (cocina, comedor y sala de estar), una suite de 25m2 y una segunda suite de 20m2. El interior es nítido y sofisticado, recientemente diseñado por mí mismo junto con un diseñador holandés. El apartamento tiene techos altos con líneas angulosas y asimétricas, lo que le da mucha personalidad.

El espacio abierto está en el lado de la calle del edificio, tiene una puerta doble principal con un pequeño balcón francés y cuatro ventanas de techo que se pueden abrir automáticamente.

Las suites de los dormitorios están en el lado interior del edificio y cada una tiene dos ventanas grandes hacia el patio interior para que pueda dormir en silencio. Ambos tienen un baño privado, con inodoro, lavabo, bidet, espejo grande, ducha grande y ventanas automáticas (sí, tenemos luz natural en el baño :)).

Además, todas las áreas tienen aire acondicionado, calefacción central, internet inalámbrico, ventanas que se pueden cerrar para completar la oscuridad y tienen doble acristalamiento con excelente aislamiento acústico. Esto es absolutamente necesario para dormir bien y tranquilamente en este vecindario si usted es sensible a la luz y al sonido como nosotros. Es divertido vivir en Bairro Alto, pero uno necesita descansar en silencio. En el nuestro, encontrarás aislamiento de sonido casi total y podrás dormir como un bebé.

En general, el loft le dará una sensación espaciosa y lujosa. ¡Despertar con un Nespresso y el sol en su mesa de comedor, desde tomar una ducha de lluvia y deslizarse en su elegante atuendo para disfrutar de la vida de la ciudad de Lisboa!

Excellent stay

Joao greeted us at check in and was gracious and charming and gave great tips for restaurants. Location was excellent for touring Lisbon sights. The layout of the apartment worked really well. Highly recommend.

Lovely Place and Super Location!

This place could not have been more perfect for our two couples. It was roomy and with 2 primary suites we had our own private space with a main living area to enjoy each others company. We would stay here again in a heartbeat should we come to Lisbon again!

Quiet stay in the heart of the nighlife

You could easily be in the middle of fado, gay nightlife and great city ambience with little inconvenience to your sanity. Great location, clean, helpful host and close to transport. We really lucked out!

Beautiful space and great location!

Wonderful top condo in the Bairro Alto area. Walk outside to a street filled with charm and character. So many restaurants, shops, and bars to choose. Great central location to Bairro Alto, Chiada, Alfama. All so walkable. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Great apartment

Fabulous stay

We had a wonderful time. Their property is in a great neighborhood, and if you enjoy music and late night restaurants/bars this has that. Our hosts communicated in advance, during and after our stay. 5 stars.

4 night visit

Nice location, looks like pictures, little noise in front rooms at night but bedrooms quiet. Well appointed but could use a small microwave, and the shower temps take some patience to adjust. Lots of great restaurants in the area and convenient to Praca Camoes. I would stay again.

Perfect location to explore Lisbon

This was the perfect location to explore Lisbon. Leo made our check in a breeze and was an absolute gem in making recommendations and checking in to see if there was anything that was needed during our trip. We were within walking distance of anything we needed. As noted in other reviews there are stairs to navigate. We didn’t mind because it helped burn some of the many calories we were consuming!

Very comfortable for two couples traveling together. Joao met us and was very helpful getting us settled into the apartment. Well furnished in the kitchen, bathrooms. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and pastries for the morning.

Absolutely lovely

Absolutely beautiful apartment in Barre Alto area of Lisbon. The apartment is very clean and well taken care of. The neighborhood is it's own experience, full of positive energy. I have never worked with such gracious hosts. We will definitely be back and will plan a longer stay.

Great location in Lisbon

Beautiful apartment in a neighborhood close to a famous bakery of the Portuguese specialty, Pastel de Nata, and other good restaurants. Thoughtful hosts have stocked the apartment with full compliment of kitchen needs and coffee pods, tea, sugar and a bottle of wine. Appreciated that the host representative met us at the site and gave us a hand with getting our bags up to the fourth floor.

An amazing apartment!

This was one of our very favorite European VRBO experiences. The neighborhood was delightful - full of nightlife and activity. But our bedrooms were totally silent. We loved having air conditioning. It was a heat wave while we were in town. And we enjoyed the layout of the apartment - lots of privacy and a nice pullout couch for our 14 year old. Our hosts were also kind and accommodating. I really can’t say nice enough things about them and the whole stay!

Amazing stay!

Jorge’s apartment was amazing. His brother, João, was so friendly and helpful. He was able to greet us and hold our luggage until we could check in. He gave us a very thoughtful welcome gift and great recommendations. I took the car suite and my brother took the dog suite. Was very comfortable with lots of character, yet clean and modern. The ac worked great. Couldn’t beat the location. Waking distance to everything and party right outside our door, yet quiet when windows are closed. Can’t wait to return!

Excellent location, great apartment, quiet bedrooms

Our stay was excellent overall. Family of four, older daughters (17, 20). Apartment had excellent beds, everything you could need and was lovely. Quiet bedrooms (courtyard facing) even though it’s right in the middle of the entertainment area. Seemed very safe. You can walk to everything from great sights, great food/wine, pastry, grocery etc. Welcomed with wine and pastel de nata and friendly check in. The shower temperature is a little challenging to dial in I guess was only critique we could think of. Excellent VRBO and I would highly recommend.
