Key card never worked. Had to go to desk each time we tried to get in our room. Happened to all of the family traveling with us. A total of five rooms.Asked to be blocked with 4 other rooms for family traveling with us. They did not do it. I called them several days ahead and asked them to do so. Got moved to another room which had no refrigerator.

Quick overnight stay

The front desk staff was TOP NOTCH. Very welcoming and friendly. The room and breakfast were as expected. They only negative was the mattress on the sleeper sofa was less than desirable.
