Perfect stay

Perfect location to visit Lille. Very clean and comfortable stay. Allowed us lo leave our bags in hotel on the last day so we could still explore before our train. Will be back!

Decent enough but could be better....

Nice looking hotel, and excellent location, but the room was too stuffy and hot during our stay (in July). In need of air conditioning or better ventilation. Maybe a bit dated.

Hotel de la Paix

The hotel was in an excellent position in the centre of Lille, surrounded by shops & restaurants, but not too noisy. With an old world charm, clean & in good order & lovely comfortable rooms & communal areas. Staff were friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel for business stay, was very clean and tidy. Room was extremely quiet which was great for sleeping. Maybe some updating needed and a few extra options at the continental breakfast, but other than this it is very good for the nightly rate especially being in the city centre and compared to other hotels close by.

Lovely centrally located hotel

I had a great solo stay here. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. I paid $14 for breakfast each morning, which felt like good value for money with hot drinks, juice, bread and pastries, cereal, fruit etc The hotel is in a good location for walking to everything you are likely to want to visit during your stay. The only 'downside' is that the room would get very hot during the day. This was not really a problem for me as opening the window did cool it down enough to sleep, but if you are staying in the middle of summer when the weather is much hotter this could be an issue. I would really recommend staying here!
