We got there late and up to the room and it smelled like smoke, we asked to move rooms and we were able to do so. The gentleman working the front desk was super nice and helpful. The second room was fine until we were getting packed up and ready to leave the next morning and we spotted a bug (looked like a roach) on the ceiling, I’m glad I didn’t see any the night before or I wouldn’t have been able to sleep. I was just hoping at that point none had crawled in our luggage. We informed the front desk on our way out.

Room was not what we expected after reading ratings. Bathroom shower was awful. Two different tiles on the floor and bathtub had brown moldy looking caulking. Everything except countertop was very outdated. We booked for 2 nights but left after 1 night. Sheer curtains over the window actually were tearing had holes in them.

Ist room smelled of cigerette smoke. Common areas rugs were filthy. Moved to an "ugraded" room. While it appeared clean, as we were watching tv a roach crawled accross the bed. We immediately checked out.The manager only wanted to give a partial refund. Charlie the clerk on duty tried his best to help. Expedia gave us a full refund.

I would just like to say that I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I only stayed one night, but they were more than happy to help me with any needs that I had. The staff was friendly and my room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. I would stay here again for sure.

I travel by myself and usually stay at these low cost hotel chains because all I’m looking for is a clean, comfortable room/bathroomwith decent reviews and reasonable breakfast options. This one was at the upper end of what I normally pay. The staff there were great: friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was clean, nice size and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. I was really underwhelmed by their breakfast selection. Some kind of packaged breakfast burrito was tasteless and inedible. The carb-heavy favorites (bread, bagels and waffles) are expected and that was pretty much what they had…I have had better in lower cost hotels. I was never able to connect to their free internet…not sure it was their issue or mine, though I had no problem at the nearby Starbucks.

We only stayed 2 nights. The room was clean upon arrival, as always as we have stayed several times. It was quiet, as always. We were disappointed to find about 3 tissues upon arriving which wouldnt have been a big deal but our room wasn't looked into even though we left by 10:30 the first morning. Therefore we had no tissues or clean towels upon our return.
