Our stay was amazing. The lake house was so clean and welcoming. All the wonderful added touches provided by the owners made our stay very memorable. We had a perfect weekend with friends.

This beautiful lake home had incredible views and was super clean. This was my second stay. The hosts are super easy to schedule the stay with. Communication was excellent and accurate. The home is impeccably furnished and stocked full of thoughtful things. I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely want to return again.

Wonderful place to stay

Our stay was excellent. The view of the lake was beautiful. The house was clean and well appointed. The communication with the owner was perfect. We had a great time and plan to book again in the future.

Cant wait to return as this was a wonderful home and hostess. They had us prepared with all comminications needed to arrive and get access. The home was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The sights and sounds of wildlife were mesmerizing. Coffee on the porch in the mornings, or sunsets, or under starry skys can only be experienced as words can never describe them. Thanks for sharing your home.

Relax by the Lake!

We enjoyed our stay at High Rock Lake. The house had a perfect view of the lake. The furnishings were modern and very nice. We would certainly stay there again. Thank you to our hosts!!

This was my second stay at Relaxation and Sunsets. I'll definitely be going back, again! Perfect place for RELAXING!! This beautiful home is extremely clean, fully furnished, and close to town if you want to grab a bite to eat, or grocery shop and cook. This is the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. The beds were very comfortable. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The hosts left a personalized gift basket for us on arrival. We had a slight issue with internet availability that was quickly resolved. We will be staying again!

Perfect in Every Way

We were looking forward to the spectacular sunset and it was all that and more!! Enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, beautifully decorated cottage that offered everything we needed. Only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!!

This home is beautiful and well cared for. This is our third time out to High Rock and we loved this house the most. Jen has been so kind to work with and helpful. Perfect Lake Getaway!

Wonderfully modern, yet with the cottage feel we wanted. Many extra touches by the owner made us feel like we were her special guests. Checkin-out was easy, plenty of parking spaces. We brought our kayaks and there was space under the deck to store them and easy to put in at the dock. Loved the spacious screened in porch and also options for sitting on the decks. We look forward to staying again!

Relaxation and Sunsets did not disappoint!

Relaxation and Sunsets is the perfect name for this property! This home is beautiful, completed with absolutely everything we needed, and more! Friendly neighbors and a quiet location. Perfect getaway!

We had a FANTASTIC experience booking with Jen, and the property was amazing. There were such great views and outdoor space that we enjoyed each day of our trip. The cottage inside was also perfect for our group. Inside the cottage included a spacious kitchen and dining area, a very comfortable living room (with a pullout couch), and two great bedrooms upstairs. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. All around, this was a great space for our weekend getaway, and we all left saying we can’t wait to come back and stay at the cottage again!

This was a beautiful stay! The property was so well taken care of and the details were amazing!! We would definitely stay here again!! Thanks for making us feel so welcome! This was a rental that went above and beyond expectations!! It was truly more than we expected!! From the detailed guest book to fishing and fun opportunities on the lake, there is no reason why anyone wouldn’t enjoy their stay here!! Loved everything!!

My mom and I enjoyed some girl-time. We had long days of travel to get to the house, and were so pleasantly surprised when we got there. Absolutely adorable and perfect for us to spend time watching movies, enjoying the sunset on the porch, coffee on the front porch and visiting. We were so comfortable in every way. The hosts went above and beyond for us, even had fresh florals to greet us. The house was seasonally and tastefully decorated and they thought of every detail. They were very accommodating when our flights got changed and let us stay longer than normal check-out. We loved our getaway. Highly recommend!!!!

Peaceful lake retreat

I found Jen's place when I was looking for a lake rental for my husband's birthday weekend. When we arrived, Jen had left birthday cupcakes and a candle on the counter. What a lovely surprise! No problems from booking to check out. We have stayed at 20 or more rentals from coast to coast and this was the nicest. We had everything we needed. It is beautifully furnished and decorated. We felt at home the second we walked in. It is THE CLEANEST rental we have ever had. Great outdoor seating options. The view is amazing!! Our stay was so relaxing and quiet. We also spent some time downtown Lexington. Starting at Red Donuts. They have perhaps the best donuts I have ever eaten. We visited several quaint shops. Everyone was so friendly. The Candy Factory was so fun! We were a big hit with the grandkids when we got home. We will definitely be back. Don't hesitate to hit the "Reserve Now" button, you will NOT be disappointed.

I can’t recommend this lakefront home enough! We stayed here over Father’s Day weekend, and it was the absolute perfect getaway. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The lake views were incredible, and we loved spending our mornings with coffee on the deck and our evenings relaxing by the water.One of our favorite features was the screened-in back porch—it quickly became our favorite spot to relax. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee, or just taking in the peaceful lake views, we didn’t have to worry about bugs, it made the whole experience even more enjoyable.The location was peaceful and made for a wonderful weekend. Whether fishing, enjoying the scenery, or simply unwinding, this home was the perfect place to make great memories together. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy from booking through checkout.We couldn’t have asked for a better Father’s Day weekend and would absolutely stay here again. Five stars all the way!
