Welcome to the hippest hideaway in downtown Lexington! Our loft is the perfect blend of trendy and convenient, making it the ultimate urban oasis. Sip on locally roasted coffee in the morning and craft cocktails at night, all while staying in the heart of historic charm. Walk to shops, restaurants, and landmarks, or take a short trip to epic trails and wildlife adventures any nature lover will appreciate. Nelson Street Loft is located on the second floor, and is accessed via a private street entrance. The building's second floor is accessed by stairwell or elevator. You'll be staying within walking distance of Washington & Lee and the Virginia Military Institute, and an 8 minute drive to the Virginia Horse Center.

The loft's entry door opens to and open kitchen, dining room, and living room. The primary king bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and there is an additional king bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities and the home is appointed with all the towels and linens you'll need for your stay.

The street entrance and hallway are shared spaces with the building tenants. We offer one garage parking space and there is an elevator available for your use.

The entire apartment is yours and yours alone but our team is always nearby in the event we can help with your stay!

Historic downtown Lexington is brimming with charm! Take a stroll on the brick sidewalks and peruse the local art galleries and charming retail stores. Grab a cup of espresso, a homemade gelato, or enjoy a meal featuring local meat and produce.

Nelson Street Loft is located in downtown Lexington and is very walkable to and from many local restaurants and attractions. We recommend bringing your own vehicle for getting around, however, as there are very limited public and shared transportation options.

We are a 10 minute drive to the VA Horse Center and a 20 minute drive to Natural Bridge.

The loft is on the second level of a two-story downtown corner building, and shares walls with one additional unit. There may be sound from shared walls with other units or from the activities of the surrounding city.

Additional note: As a pet-friendly property, we warmly welcome your pets. Please note that a pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation to ensure thorough cleaning for our next guests, especially those with allergies. This fee will be applied once we update your reservation details to reflect the correct number of guests and pets.​ If you have any questions or need assistance with your reservation, please feel free to reach out.

- The booking party must be 25 years of age or older and present during the entire stay.
- Please remove your shoes inside.
- There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property.
- Pets are permitted with pet fee.
- All overnight guests must be registered with your reservation.
- Parties are not permitted. Please limit unregistered house guests to five additional people.
- Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping your noise level low, especially after 10pm.
- When leaving the house, please turn off lights to conserve energy.
- If an item is broken or damaged, please let us know so we can repair or replace it.
- Please be respectful of the space and treat it with care. We want to ensure that all our guests arrive to a clean, happy, and inviting space!
