The staff was great and helpful when needed. I didn’t know our room was outside access only, and didn’t like this. Where our room was located, we had to drive to/from breakfast because there was no access to get to the hallways to walk. The shower wouldn’t maintain the appropriate temperature; I’d have it perfect and within a minute or two it was scolding hot or ice cold and would flip to the opposite when I would try and readjust. The beds could use some updating, they weren’t comfortable and felt like I could feel a spring in my side. I woke up with a knot on my hip which I assume was from the bed. I would go elsewhere in the future.

Room is very dated. Walls show need of refacing. Room was very clean, bathroom very clean, heat excellent. Environment feel was okay. Night before we rented a room next door at Quality Suites for the same price and what s difference! Complementary water, fire place, pictures on wall, much warmer environment. For the same $ go Quality Suites!
