Holiday Home 'Le Grand Chêne' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning in Lesperon

Located in Lesperon, this 70 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has bunk beds with a pull-out bed, the other a double bed. Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen with fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The bathroom has a shower and separate toilet. High-speed Wi-Fi is ideal for video calls, and you have air conditioning, a TV, and access to a shared washing machine. Baby cot and high chair are available on request.



The private covered terrace is furnished with a picnic table and gas barbecue. The 1-hectare wooded and fully fenced estate offers access to the shared garden with forest views. The shared outdoor pool is open from June to September (weather permitting), from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Outside, enjoy shared table tennis, a pétanque court, and communal toys and books for children.



A shared parking space is available on site. Pets are allowed (1 pet) for an extra charge. Smoking is permitted, but parties are not allowed.



The property is just 20–25 minutes from Atlantic beaches and nearby lakes. A cleaning deposit is required by your host, payable on site. The accommodation must be left clean; otherwise, the deposit will be withheld. Bed linen and towels are available as an option on request. Electricity is available for an extra charge during the heating season and in summer for air conditioning, based on actual use above 7 kWh per day.
