Il y a des marées sur l'océan

Appartement spacieux, meublé avec goût , il ne manque rien cÎté ménager. Vue sublime ( l'océan monte , descend et le soleil se couche), escalier de l'immeuble bien conçu ( large et lumineux) Deux trousseaux de clés ( bien pour nous qui avons des activités parfois différentes) Accueil ponctuel .

Location top avec vue magnifique sur océan

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette location dont nous avons pu beaucoup profiter étant donné le temps plutÎt maussade pendant notre séjour. L'appart est bien équipé, dans le quartier La chaume à l'écart du centre ville et au calme. Et la vue panoramique sur l'océan depuis l'intérieur et sur le balcon !! Nous recommandons. Merci pour l'accueil par le voisin (trÚs gentil).

Vue exceptionnelle

DeuxiĂšme et dernier Ă©tage trĂšs calme, on entend que le bruit des vagues. Probablement en cours de rĂ©novation. Beaucoup d’équipements. AgrĂ©able de trouver du papier toilette, essuie tout, sel, poivre...et tous les produits et accessoires mĂ©nagers. Couchage confortable. Dommage que le box ne soit pas accessible lors de notre venue, il faut tourner un peu pour trouver une place dans la rue. Aucun commerce Ă  proximitĂ©, il faut prendre la voiture ou le vĂ©lo. Mais le calme de la propriĂ©tĂ© et la vue magnifique par les 2 grandes baies vitrĂ©es nous ont fait apprĂ©cier ce logement .

Doit mieux faire

La situation de cet appartement est indĂ©niablement son point positif ( balcon avec store vue sur la mer dernier Ă©tage). Par contre, j’ai de nombreuses remarques : un immeuble qui mĂ©riterait un ravalement de façade. Il dĂ©note par rapport aux autres bĂątiments et maisons. Dans l’appartement, une moquette Ă  boucles sale dans l’entrĂ©e et les toilettes qui devait ĂȘtre remplacĂ©e ( le lavabo n’a pas d’eau ). Une dĂ©co et des meubles qui donnent une impression un peu vieillotte. J’ai relu l’annonce, les 2 chambres sont en mezzanine. Mais on ne comprend pas dĂ©jĂ  qu’elle sont communicantes ( les photos sont prises mezzanine dans le dos chambre par chambre). En fait, il faut passer dans la chambre des parents pour atteindre l’autre chambre, sĂ©parĂ©es par une porte coulissante qui fonctionne trĂšs mal et claque Ă  l’ouverture ( les toilettes sont en bas, la nuit, tout le monde est rĂ©veillĂ© + escalier pentu). Les chambres sont ouvertes directement sur le sĂ©jour en bas. Les photos sont pour moi trompeuses. C’est le point trĂšs nĂ©gatif de cet appartement. La cuisine est petite mais suffisamment Ă©quipĂ©e. Enfin, mĂȘme si les occupants font le mĂ©nage en partant, cet appartement mĂ©riterait un vrai mĂ©nage rĂ©guliĂšrement , ce n’est pas aux locataires Ă  se transformer en sociĂ©tĂ© de nettoyage. Pour conclure, avec 5 avis quand j’ai louĂ© ce bien d’un niveau Ă©valuĂ© Ă  4,8 sur 5, c’est largement surĂ©valuĂ© . Et je fais beaucoup de locations depuis des dizaines d’annĂ©es. Cette note ne correspond pas au standing que l’on attend pour un tel niveau d’évaluation.
