Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: spa area, billiard table, trampoline. Shop 800 m, supermarket 350 m, restaurant, bakery 800 m, bus stop "Eglise" 800 m, railway station "Royan" 18 km, sandy beach "La Palmyre" 5 km, thermal baths "Thalassothérapie Thalazur Royan" 18 km.
