You will be immediately charmed by this lovely small villa, located within a well-maintained and tastefully designed residence.
It features a pleasant living area with a flat-screen TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette including a ceramic hob, microwave, mini electric oven, filter coffee maker, TASSIMO coffee machine, toaster, tabletop refrigerator, and dishwasher.
On the ground floor, there is also one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a shower room with a washing machine.
Upstairs, the mezzanine offers a double bed (140 cm) and a Velux roof window, providing plenty of natural light throughout the space.
Outside, you can enjoy a fenced terrace bordered by hedges, perfect for relaxing moments.
