## Logement Located on the 5th floor with lift, the flat offers a beautiful view of the Chamonix peaks, the Aiguille du Midi, Mont Blanc du Tacul, Mont Maudit and the Aiguille/Dôme du Goûter. It includes : - two bedrooms with two double beds ; - a fully equipped and functional kitchen; - a bathroom with a bathtub ; - and a living room.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking (please note narrow location wxlxh: 2.1mx4.95mx2.1m), Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Microwave, Oven with freezer, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee machine (powdered coffee), Espresso machine with percolator, Storage, Raclette, Fondue, Ski locker and bicycle room. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.
The surroundings are very quiet and the atmosphere is warm in this large mountain chalet of a former hotel residence. The residence is less than 500 meters from the Prarion gondola and the free shuttle bus to Les Houches and Chamonix (about 20 minutes) stops at the entrance of the residence.
