Located 300 m from the shopping street and 400 m from the ESF and the slopes. On the ground floor of building A of the residence there is a laundromat and a bakery. 1 closed garage in the private parking garage in the shared basement of the residence. Electric heating.

Description: Entrance hall - equipped kitchenette (2 induction hobs, combination grill/microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, electric coffee maker, dishwasher, storage cupboards with cookware), raclette and fondue set - living/dining room equipped with a double sofa bed (140 cm) + TV - 1 small bedroom equipped with a double bed (140 cm) + closet - 1 sleeping alcove enclosed by a curtain equipped with a single bed (90 cm) + 1 chest of drawers - Bathroom (shower, sink, heated towel rail) - WC - ski storage. Electric heating - 1 garage space in the basement of the residence with remote control.

Linens (sheets and towels) and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental price; this is an optional extra; see agency services.
