Apartment for rent in Les Gets: Comfortable, bright, well-maintained two-room apartment plus a sleeping alcove, measuring 32 m², equipped for 4/5 people maximum, on the 1st floor of the "LE PRAZ DU SOLEIL" residence. Located 300 m from the main shopping street and 400 m from the ESF ski school and the slopes. A laundromat and bakery are located on the ground floor of building A of the residence. A parking space is included in the basement. Electric heating. Bicycles are not permitted in the residence or the apartment; please arrange for bicycle storage.

Description: Entrance hall - equipped kitchenette (2 induction hobs, combination oven/grill/microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, electric coffee maker, dishwasher, and storage cupboards with cookware) - living/dining room equipped with a single sofa bed (90 cm) + TV - 1 small bedroom equipped with a double bed (140 cm) + closet - 1 cabin area closed off by a curtain equipped with two single bunk beds (90 cm) + a chest of drawers - Bathroom (shower, sink) - WC - ski room.

Linens (sheets and towels) and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental; this is an optional extra; see agency services.
