Hyatt Vacation Club at Coconut Cove, Bonita Springs
"The Hyatt Vacation Club treated our family so well during our stay last week. This was our first time at a non-inclusive place so that was some adjusting. There is a small grocery store to stock on essentials about 15 minutes away. We had a 2 bedroom villa for our family which included a living room and a stocked kitchen (utensils, bowls, plates, pans, etc). I thought the towel cards were odd at first, but staff was so chill about exchanging towels back and forth - which helps keep the resort clean from dirty towels everywhere. Our family spent a large amount of time enjoying the lazy river. We went to the Hyatts private island for a morning which also was a great time. The ferry ride out was short but fun and they had umbrellas and lounge chairs set up for guests. Take your own towels (from resort or your personal) since those are not on the island. They will provide a cooler at the front desk or offer ice for your own personal cooler. Pack drinks and snacks but I believe they sell a few items in the building - we did not check that part out. Our villa was clean and perfect for our two teenager sons having their own beds (one room) and our master suite with another bathroom. It was information overload when we checked in so that was overstimulating. Overall - it was great for our family last week. Safe, clean, staff was helpful, and lots of great other amenities."
