The staff is amazing, everyone is so nice and helpful and friendly . The cleanness could be improved. The location is fantastic and the view from the room is very nice and a lot of light. Overall comfortable and great stay

Good room, poor window function

Good stay for a reasonable price. Room was a great size only issue was windows didn’t open and close without a special key so we had to get maintenance to come up to close the windows. View was in the light well but was nice enough. Iron and ironing board was supplied along with toiletries and fresh bottles of water. Room was clean and the car park is based inside the Light complex which offers great accessibility to the hotel.

You may get your booking cancelled on the day

On the way to the hotel we recieved a phone call to say they had overbooked the hotel and we didnt have a room. We were visiting for my graduation so this really took the shine off what should have been. Happy occasion. I will say that the person who phoned us dealt with the situation professionally but I would never stay with a company again who could double book rooms when they knew there was a big occasion happening. Shame on them

We enjoyed our stay overall, but the aircon didnt work and on floor 6 it was boiling hot so we didnt get much sleep at all. The roads and outdoors were too noisy to keep windows open and my partner woke up feeling faint in the night from the heat. We came home exhausted which wasnt the idea of the trip. Disappointed because the rest was great.
