Rooms were very clean and well worth the money. Breakfast was good and had plenty to offer. Staff were friendly and helpful and available 24hrs at reception. Parking is 12.50 with a code from the hotel. The hotel is about a 15min walk from the main shops and bars restaurants. Would stay again!

Stay was ok, location was convenient. Hotel had some WiFi connectivity issues in the top floor for one day. There was also a small leak from the airco. The water kept falling into side of the basin and kept dripping onto the floor. Apart from that everything was fine. Food was alright and checkin and check out process was easy.

Staff were lovely! Friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard buffet but tasted delicious and we constantly replenished. Hotel was standard cheap and cheerful - satisfactory for a 2 night stay to explore Leeds and a day trip over to York.
