The Plaza is very close to the station and shops, but also quiet and private. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped, with a decent shower. Very helpful reception staff gave me a list of places to eat in town. If it continues to offer good prices it's on my list for places to stay when I visit Leeds.

The hotel is in a really good, central location but definitely is need of some modernization. The room 1510, was very dated and although it was clean the bathroom and sleeping area were aged. Dinner at the restaurant was good but it was a cold space and not very welcoming.

My room (I can't speak for anyone elses) was in a fairly tired state of repair. Frayed and stained carpeting, no bedside lamp/s. I could hear people in the room next to me through the wall. And they were just talking normally. Not my idea of a 4 * hotel unfortunately. Common parts (restaurant, bar etc all nice, however).

Lovely welcome from Stella on reception. Rooms are a bit dated but the bed was comfy bed and plenty tea/coffee. Great location just minutes from the train station and literally 30degrees from the trinity shopping centre. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed for two nights and I got a really good price for Monday and Tuesday. room is big and windows open. bed comfy and hotel very clean. I used the gym which was good..it's not huge but has running machine and weights. I didn't have any food. it's a nice space and quiet.

Room clean, staff friendly. Good breakfast. Eggs and coffee made to order. Central location, great view of Leeds. Maybe hotel needs just touched up though to make it excellent, in terms of decor as noticeeable scratches and scrapes on furniture and walls.
