Schönes Anwesen und tolle Lage. Gute Einrichtung und vollständig ausgestattete Küche. Gute Betreuung durch Hauswart. Die meisten Badezimmer sind klein und nicht alle mit WC ausgestattet. Leider funktionierte nicht ganz alles (Gartenbeleuchtung defekt, verschmutztes Boilerwasser).

Entspannung pur

Sehr schönes Haus in einer eigentlich ruhigen Ecke. Zur Zeit gibt es allerdings wohl weitere Bauvorhaben weshalb von Montag bis Freitag immer wieder Baufahrzeuge vorbei fahren. (Mai/Juni 23) Ist aber nicht so schlimm. Ist ja nur tagsüber zu sehr zivilen Zeiten. Der Pool ist wirklich ein Highlight. Tempriert, sauber und einfach zum genießen. Den Strand in ein paar Schritten zu erreichen ist auch genial. So hat man immer die Wahl zwischen Pool und Strand. Es ist zwar nur eine kleine Bucht aber der Strand und das Wasser sind sehr sauber. Ich würde empfehlen sich die Lichtmöglichkeiten vor Ort erklären zu lassen, da es eine Unmenge an Lichtschaltern gibt. Im späten Frühjahr ist es zu empfehlen etwas gegen Mücken mitzubringen. Durch viel stehendes Gewässer drum herum gibt es viele Mücken die natürlich vor allem abends, wenn man gemütlich beieinander sitzen will, stören. Und ab und zu verirrt sich auch schon mal eine Mücke ins Zimmer die einen dann die ganze Nacht überfällt. Was ganz besonders schön ist, ist das Platzangebot. So kann man jederzeit irgendwo ein ruhiges Plätzchen finden, wenn man mal eine kleine Auszeit braucht. Rundherum auf jeden Fall eine sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft. Ausserdem war die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer toll. Alle Fragen wurden immer sehr zügig beantwortet. Allen die eine schöne Zeit haben wollen kann ich dieses Objekt nur empfehlen.

Excellent séjour à cala rossa

Nous avons passé 2 semaine fantastiques dans la villa. Nous étions un groupe d’amis avec des ados et un enfant de 3 ans. Nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous pouvions avoir besoin. La villa est très bien située juste à côté de la plage et elle est spacieuse et confortable. Les ados ont apprécié la piscine, la climatisation, la table de Ping Pong. Les adultes ont adoré les différents espaces intérieurs et extérieur et la localisation très pratique de la villa. L’accueil était très bien organisé et très sympathique.
