Great Place!
We go yearly to float The Frio, and this place was one of the best we've stayed! Close to all stores, and not far from floats. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and made it very peaceful. The owner was quick to respond to all questions. The pictures didn’t do the place justice compared to how well maintained it is. Definitely hope to re-book next year.

Leaky Texas is awesome.
We had a great time in Leakey. The check in process was as simple as it gets. If you’re coming to Leakey expecting to go bar hopping and shop at the mall then this isn’t your place. It’s over 40 miles to a Wal Mart. If your coming to enjoy the wildlife and scenery then you are in the right place. The property manager was very helpful and gave very quick responses to questions I had. They told us about two good places to go swim in the local rivers. The house looks better in person than the pictures. I love Leakey and will definitely be back.
