This is an older property so don’t expect the Hilton. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. However there was a coffee pot and all the things to go with it but no coffee.

The Internet did not work. The tv didn’t work. We could see the wildfires from the room. The manager was no where to be seen or able to be contacted by the gal who answered the phone. Would not recommend

We have stayed here before. Although the room was clean, the common space needed some attention. As this is the off season in Leadville, I don't think there were many other guests and attention to some of those details may have been less than we expected.
