Perfect week away with children!

This villa was just what we wanted with three young children. Lots to entertain them and a short walk to the supermarket and a little pizza restaurant. Very close to the Lac St Cassein with lots of boats to hire and cafes for ice creams! Markers in Grasse and Fayence. Will definitely think of returning - thank you Sylvie and family 👍🏻😊

Beautiful property

We did not stay here because we didn't like the location. Sylvie was very understanding and didn't hesitate to return our deposit. The whole family were really lovely. It was a real shame because the villa was just as described but it was just too far out for us and the busy road meant you couldn't just walk out you would have had to travel everywhere in the car.

Spacious modern villa with fantastic outdoor facilities

Party of 7, 4 adults 1 grandad 2 children 16 and 13. The owners Sylvie and Gilles greeted us on arrival and sent their son to translate and give us tips on where to visit. We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa. The outdoor wood bbq and gas grill plate were great for dining out on warm evenings. The pool is a good size and very secure for younger children. We all enjoyed the pertanque and table tennis. All rooms have AC and there was plenty of hot water for 7 showering. A car is recommended but we used taxis and the very cheap bus service €1.50 to Grasse well worth a visit for the perfume museums, cathedral, shops and meals out. You can get the bus from Grasse to many places we visited Cannes another great day seeing the rich in there sports cars and on their yachts. They were improving the rail line and it will reopen in Grasse soon. L'oden Restaurant a walk away was very reasonable €120 for 7 meals pasta, steak, salmon and pizzas lots of wine food was excellent. We also walked to Speracides and had a great meal with an awesome view at Cafe De l'Union. There is a Carrefore a walk away and a small cafe/bar. Overall a fantastic villa in a great location perfect if you are looking for a luxury quiet holiday.

Clean, new house

Our stay at this house was excellent and the house was just as described and in the pictures. There was everything, even salt, sugar, washing powder etc. Kids loved the pool and the area was safe. A grocery store was within 2 mins by car and 8 mins walking distance. Air conditioning worked well and area was quiet, but close to Grasse, Nice and Cannes. We went for couple of hikes, one on the mountains and one started 500 m from the house. For a Scandinavian person, the shared sheet as a duvet was a bit funny, but we managed to get another sheet from the kids room. There was a lot of room for a family of five and the teenagers had their own rooms. The traffic in the Pays Grassois was a bit scary, we saw small accidents every day, so you have to drive carefully. The given address is correct, although we did not see the pool in the satellite image of the area. Sylvie and Gilles and their son were very nice and gave us privacy and answered our questions immediately if we had some. I can recommend the property and we could return here if we wanted to visit the area again!

Sehr schönes und weitläufiges Haus. Unser persönliches Highlight war die Plancha in der Outdoorküche. Einen kleinen Punktabzug müssen wir für das Wlan machen. Das braucht dringend mal ein Upgrade :)

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in diesem tollen Haus! Es bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Familien und eignet sich hervorragend für Hundebesitzer da das Grundstück sowie der Zugang zum Pool komplett eingezäunt ist.Die Außenanlage ist liebevoll gestaltet, der Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein, alles ist blickdicht, der Salzwasserpool und die Gartendusche sorgen für Abkühlung. Feinschmecker kommen auch auf ihre Kosten sowohl in den umliegenden Restaurants als auch in den tollen Supermärkten in der Umgebung.Im überdachten Außenbereich kann nach Herzenlust gegrillt werden. Herzlichen Dank an unsere Gastgeber, Familie Gilles war sofort zur Stelle, als es ein technisches Problem gab und die Einkauftipps waren klasse.Zu guter Letzt hat uns auch die Freundlichkeit der Einheimischen und die Abgeschiedene Lage sehr gut gefallen. Touristen findet man hier selten.

Das Haus der Familie Romeo hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles was man braucht vorhanden. Am Besten hat uns der schöne Pool sowie die praktische Aussenküche gefallen. Wegen eines Blitzeinschlags in der Gegend hat das Wlan nicht mehr funktionniert, die Gastgeberin Sylvie hat das Problem jedoch schnellstmöglich gelöst. Es war sehr schön

Wir waren durch unsere Tour über die Schweiz schon früher vor Ort als gedacht. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat mit Frau Gilles, konnten wir auch schon früher als geplant in das Ferienhaus. Da wir einen blinden Hund dabei hatten, war es ausgezeichnet das der Pool, durch den Zaun, absperrbar war. Was natürlich auch super ist wenn man Kleinkinder dabei hat, für die hier auch im Haus einiges an Ausstattung geboten wird. Der Pool war für uns ein Highlight der täglich zu Erfrischung genutzt wurde. Hier müsste man vielleicht nur nach der Lampe sehen die leider nicht mehr angeht. Das Haus war für 4 Erwachsene, 1 Jugendliche und 1 Kind ausreichend groß. Das Hochbett ist etwas wackelig, von daher hat mein Sohn lieber auf der unteren Etage übernachtet. Die Klimaanlage die jedes Schlafzimmer besitzt ist ein Segen bei den Temperaturen und der Schlaf war dadurch auch sehr gut möglich. Die Outdoor Küche mit großem Geschirrspüler war auch für die Menge an Personen optimal. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Check-out. Der Tipp von dem kleinen Weg zu den Geschäften war übrigens auch super und wurde häufiger genutzt von uns. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne und erholsame Woche die wir hier erleben durften und empfehlen das Ferienhaus sehr gerne weiter.

Magnifique maison

impeccable!

Semaine parfaite. La villa est comme dans la description, aucune surprise. Piscine très agréable, très grande terrasse avec 2 tables ainsi que sa cuisine extérieure et un coin « salon ». Elle est en retrait de la grande route par un chemin privé, ce qui la laisse au calme. Inutile de prendre la voiture pour aller chercher le petit déjeuné le matin, il suffit de passer par un chemin au fond du jardin pour se rendre aux commerces qui se trouvent a +- 1km (boulangerie, carrefour market, pharmacie …) pour les visites la voiture reste de mise. Dès votre arrivée, Sylvie vous accueille chaleureusement et vous fait visiter la villa et a toujours été disponible en cas de besoin. Un tout qui fait qu’on ne peut passer que de bonnes vacances, MERCI Laurent

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben die Ferien sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und wir durften uns jederzeit an Sie wenden. Der Pool wär klasse und unsere drei Kinder konnten sich austoben. Kann dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Our great vacation in France

We have been at the house of Sylvie and Gilles for 2 weeks and had a super vacation. The house is comfortable and is really good equiped. We aspecially loved the pool and outdoor kitchen. We have 4 kids and they enjoyed the pool and all the toys very much! Sylvie was also very helpfull when we have a questions and was very responsive. (E.g. we asked to print tickets for a football match we wanted to visit). The house is also at walking distance from a bakery, supermarktet and some restaurants, very convient as well! In short: We had a great vacation in a great house. We absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a great and relaxing vacation in France.
