Beautiful, modern , well equipped house in a quiet location with amenities close by.

Ideal location for various activities especially for children. Great sightseeing opportunities using own car or train located a short walk away. Local shops within walking distance and supermarkets a short drive away.The heated pool was lovely and clean and surrounding garden and furniture gave access to lots of outdoor fun.Many thanks.

What a wonderful and laid back stay we had with our family. The hosts were brilliant, accommodating and so welcoming to their gorgeous home. We absolutely loved having access to the fresh veg in their garden, the kids loved the pool. The house was perfect from start to finish. The house is located less than a 5 min walk to the train station, making it easy access to major cities and the coast. We hope to be back and will definitely recommend your home in the future.

Vacances d’une semaine en famille au Teich dans le bassin d’Arcachon. Séjour fantastique dans cette magnifique villa dans laquelle il y a tout le confort et où l’on se sent comme chez soi !!! L’accueil est parfait, les propriétaires ont pensé à tout et tout est arrangé avec goût !!! Des vélos sont à disposition pour une balade aux alentours, la piscine offre de bons moments de détente et l’environnement permet de se ressourcer dans un quartier très calme au milieu de la végétation… je recommande !!!

Séjour très agréable dans cette villa du bassin. Belle, propre, design maison. Tout confort. Maison très bien équipée et piscine chauffée plus qu’agréable. La gentillesse de notre hôte à l’arrivée, son attention au détail et sa flexibilité était un vrai plus.

Nous avons été accueilli dans cette jolie villa avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d'attention, ce qui devient de plus en plus rare!La villa se situe tout près du centre où vous avez accès à tous les commerces, primeur, boulangers, poissonnier, boucher et petite supérette. C'est très pratique. Et nous étions à 20 min d'Arcachon en voiture. Quand à la villa, elle est magnifique, décorée avec goût, très confortable. il est très agréable d'y vivre et de profiter de la piscine, qui est top avec sa plateforme bois. C'est calme. Nos hôtes nous l'ont confiée dans un état de propreté irréprochable. Ils sont adorables, prennent de vos nouvelles et ont accueilli notre chien à bras ouverts. Nous avons eu le joie de nous occuper de leurs petites tortues, c'est trop mignon. Franchement vous ne manquerez de rien, tout y est. Bravo, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci beaucoup

Superbe villa idéalement située

Super séjour dans cette villa moderne tout confort, très bien équipée et à la décoration très raffinée. Jean-François, le propriétaire, réserve à ses hôtes un très bon accueil. En outre la piscine est très agréable. C’est également une très bonne base de départ pour rejoindre Arcachon ou encore la dune du Pilat. Et cerise sur le gâteau, notre berger australien a été très bien accueilli par un voisinage très compréhensif. Bref, endroit à fortement recommander, mais attention aux moustiques! 😉
