The balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture, making it an ideal spot to relax and take in the surroundings. The open kitchen on this level is fully equipped for your convenience. A shower room and a separate WC complete the ground-floor layout.

The upper floor houses the 2 bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 225 cm to 110 cm. The first bedroom measures 10 m2 and is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom measures 9 m2 and is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The apartment has 1 bathroom in total, consisting of the shower room located on the main level.
