The flat: This 1-bedroom flat with abeautiful view of the Port Camargue marina sleeps 2 (2 adults ). It has been recently renovated and is very comfortable (fully-equipped kitchen, ...). Located on the 3rd floor out of 3, without lift, in a secure residence, it sleeps 2 people, for a wonderful holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park in the residence for the duration of your stay and explore the area on foot. *Pets allowed on request (€30 supplement).
Main room : The living room opens onto 2 terraces where you can share good meals with family or friends. Come and discover the local specialities: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous monkfish Bourride, the Gardiane de Taureau, the Rouille Graulène different from the rouille sétoise...
Kitchen: opening onto the living room, fully equipped (2 vitroceramique rings, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle) with a table for 4 people to accommodate your meals and guests.
Sleeping arrangements:
1st bedroom: 140 cm bed, 65x65 square pillows, duvet. *Bed linen and towels will be provided on request at a cost of 20 euros for 2 people*.

Location: Ideally located opposite the Quai d'Honneur and Laperouse, 400m from the North beach facing the Bay of La Grande Motte, at the foot of the residence: ice-cream parlours and restaurants, 500m from the shops in the Camargue 2000 shopping centre, the merry-go-round opposite the North beach and the children's play area and the lively Port Camargue Harbour Master's area. This flat is located on the left bank of the Grau du Roi between : the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers coming in from fishing via the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying the nets, sorting the fish, setting up the sales stalls along Quai Colbert... and the 1st marina in Europe where sports delegations will be welcomed for training and preparation for Paris J.O. 2024. Port-Camargue located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: emblematic place for yachts, sailboats, etc. and the UCPA sailing school.
Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea along the North Beach promenade and follow the flight of pink flamingos above the waters of the Camargue. A real favorite for lovers of calm on the green spaces side and in the city center on the entrance side of the Residence.
##Access: Depending on your convenience, benefit from a welcome on site, by appointment when you arrive and when you leave! You will be able to have the entire accommodation to enjoy your stay in Occitania. ##Transport: Grau du Roi train station is 5 km away. The city is served by a bus service near the Residence. The nearest TGV station is Montpellier Sud de France.
